The Website provides information about the CORTEO project, including the upcoming CORTEO app and padel court, and offers merchandise for sale through an integrated online shop.

3. Products and Orders

Merchandise offered on this Website is produced on demand and fulfilled through third-party production and shipping partners such as Printful or Printify.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided, including shipping address and contact details, is accurate and complete.

Orders are produced individually after purchase.
Production usually takes up to 2 working days, however production times may be longer depending on demand, product type, or external circumstances.

Once production is completed, the order is shipped by the fulfillment partner directly to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are non-binding and may vary due to shipping method, destination, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our control.

Further details regarding shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, and consumer rights are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

4. Early Access, Club & Newsletter Sign-Up

By submitting your contact details (such as name, email address, or phone number), you consent to us storing and processing your data for the purpose of:

informing you about the CORTEO project, app launch, or court development
sending updates, newsletters, or messages via email
contacting you via WhatsApp only if you have explicitly consented
