Returns, Refunds & Issues

All CORTEO items are produced on demand.

We kindly ask you to check the size guide carefully before placing your order, as each item is made specifically for you.


Size Exchanges

If the size doesn’t fit as expected, we’re happy to help.

While we don’t offer returns for change of mind, we may offer a size exchange on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability.

Please note:

  • the original item cannot be returned

  • a new item will be produced

  • additional production or shipping costs may apply

Damaged, Misprinted or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
